Guided meditations take you on a journey of personal discovery where you can access greater joy, balance, and insight. You’ll also learn conscious breathing techniques to quiet your mind and body; guidance to help you start or enhance your own meditation practice; and methods to help you think more positively, practice forgiveness and compassion, overcome fear, and feel more in control of your life experience.
